CIPD NI Awards

The search is on to find Northern Ireland's top HR practitioners with the launch of the inaugural Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) 'NI Awards'.

Does your HR team or individuals within it deserve to be recognized for some special contribution they have made towards transforming organizational performance and the way your people are managed and developed?

CIPD is a Chief Executives' Forum partner organization and its NI Awards aim to celebrate excellence in local HR practice. They will recognize initiatives that have transformed business and organizational performance, and the contributions that individuals and teams working in the HR discipline have made to the way people are managed and developed.

Commenting on the launch of the CIPD NI Awards Donal Laverty, Chairman, CIPD Northern Ireland said: "2013 marks the Centenary of the CIPD and the NI Committee felt that this significant milestone was a fitting opportunity to introduce HR excellence awards." Locally CIPD has over 3,000 members working across the private, public and voluntary sectors in businesses and organizations large and small. The CIPD NI Awards have been designed to provide local practitioners with a platform to highlight their innovation and expertise and, in doing so, inspire their peers and the wider business and organizational community about what can be achieved.

The CIPD NI Awards will be presented in eight at a gala event to be held in the Ulster Museum on Thursday 16 May 2013 and the closing date for entries is Friday 29th March.
