Donal Laverty will provide an overview of organisation transformation, define transformational leadership, recognising the behaviours of such leaders. He will also draw upon a range of case studies from the public and private sector where successful transformation was achieved through effective leadership and teamwork behaviours modelled upon a culture of collaboration and supported networks. Donal will also share observations on where processes have gone wrong, helping us avoid pitfalls experienced where well intended interventions went awry.
