As public bodies seek to deliver best value for money in procurement, we are delighted that the Honourable Mr Justice Horner will deliver a judicial view on public procurement for members of the Chief Executives’ Forum.
Mr Justice Horner will address best procurement practice, focusing on the practical aspects of procurement litigation, including issues such as abnormally low bids. Delegates will have the opportunity to exchange views following the address.
