Judicial Review is the process through which a judge reviews the lawfulness of a decision or action made by a public body. With around 300 applications for judicial reviews made in Northern Ireland each year, we are delighted that the Honourable Mr Justice McCloskey will deliver a keynote address on the issue for CEF members.
