Following on from our very successful pilot programme, "Weathering the Storm" held the previous September, we responded to the suggestions made by those who attended then by organising a second programme with Dancing Leopards Ltd to further explore crisis management in a little more depth.
As before, our casestudy used a real-life example of an organisation which suffered an enormous social impact and loss of public reputation. The challence for those attending this worshop seminar was to think about how they would communicate a problem when your organisation is at fault, whether to the public or in front of a high level governmental committee.
Dancing Leopards Ltd led the seminar using case study papers sourced from the Harvard Business School. New to this workshop was Mike Philpott who on hand to provide comment and feedback regarding how the media should have been managed and indeed used in these type of situations.
