- Procurement - The impact of public procurement on the cost base and the often disproportionate cost of compliance
- Compliance - The compliance regime and its impact on smaller public bodies
- Risk - The consideration and costing of risk, and the need to act in a commercial way
- The Public Accounts Committee - Examples of good practice and the other lessons coming out of its deliberations
