'Out of the silo - Rethinking government, what it does and how it does it ' is a series of facilitated discussions organised in co-operation with PwC, the professional services firm.
Following on from the last two discussions in this series, which were about infrastructure investment, this meeting considered a new programme for government: what its key goals and commitments should be and, in crucially laying the ground for more coherent government, what its crosscutting themes should be.
