Presenters: The event will be led by Hilary Douglas and Peter Shaw from Praesta. Both were former Director Generals in the UK Government and work with individuals and teams at senior levels in the public, private voluntary sectors. Hilary Douglas recently wrote, "What makes a great chair in the public sector?" and recently led a workshop for public sector Chairs in London.
Peter Shaw has written a number of books on leadership including, Raise your Game and Defining Moments. Peter has worked with senior public sector leaders in Northern Ireland and is a visiting Professor of Leadership Development at Newcastle University Business School.
