The AGM, the formal business of which was to receive and consider the Forum's Annual Report 2011-2012 and to appoint auditors, was preceded by a luncheon, the guest speaker at which was the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, the Rt Hon. Sir Declan Morgan QC who addressed members and guests on 'Finding the Equilibrium - Parliament the judges and human rights'.
The meeting formally accepted Chief Executives' Forum Annual Report 2011-2012 incorporating the Directors' Report and Financial Statements and re-appointed RSM McClure Watters as the Company's auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2013.
