Public Procurement Litigation: Practical and Procedural Dimensions

April 25 2013

Mr Justice McCloskey will take a practical look at public procurement litigation, seen through the lens of those involved on the ground. He will explore the challenges and pitfalls involved in the process, and will look at the interface between those responsible for overseeing procurement procedures and those who are at the receiving end of procurement decisions.

He proposes to give his perspective on how Public Authorities can respond to the changing legal and procedural landscape. This will include the need to strengthen procurement practices as well as broader issues such as investment in skills and capability.

A comprehensive overview of the areas to be covered by Mr Justice McCloskey may be viewed by clicking on the link below.
