Leadership: Plain and Simple

We are delighted to announce that Steve Radcliffe, one of Europe's top leadership experts, has agreed to speak to Chief Executives' Forum members at this specially arranged breakfast briefing.

In the last 20 years, Steve has provided leadership coaching to over 50 chief executives and heads of the Civil Service, the NHS and other public sector organisations. He is most well known for his powerful leadership development approach,Future-Engage-Deliver, that The London Times describes as 'the no-nonsense approach.... shaking up the world of leadership'.

Steve has designed and delivered leadership development and culture-change programmes that have impacted tens of thousands of people in organisations of all kinds and on all continents. He is featured on the 'Thinkers 50' site of the world's top business thinkers and has advised UK Government Task Forces on Improving Leadership in Schools and Employee Engagement. He recently co-led the world's first leadership programme for aspiring football managers at St. George's Park, the new England centre of football excellence. His book 'Leadership: Plain and Simple', is the most highly recommended business book on Amazon UK, ever, with more than 140 Five Star Reviews.

Steve's focus is now on helping the widest audience possible to understand that leadership isn't complicated, that we can all lead and it's through leadership that people can make the greatest difference. He is looking forward to engaging with CEF members and getting his message out to an audience of key public sector leaders.
