Translink is the brand name of the integrated public transport operation of Metro, Ulsterbus and NI Railways. It is the main provider of public transport operating a comprehensive network of bus and rail services throughout Northern Ireland and on cross border routes. In 2010 the Translink Board identified a need to modernise the organisation's People and Organisational Development strategy. Since then Translink has been on a structured development path that is having a positive impact on both the performance and perception of the company.
During the breakfast briefing, colleagues will receive tips on techniques and approaches that they may find useful to deploy in their own organisations. A Q&A session will address queries and concerns regarding the management of organisational change and how to make it stick.
