The third in this year's Northern Ireland Civil Service Masterclass series looked at how senior managers can build committed and talented teams and features the award-winning company, drama for training.
The Masterclass was offered twice in a morning session represed in the afternoon.
Organised by the Centre for Applied Learning this event will use professional actors and facilitators to explore diversity in the workforce and achieving business benefits through recognising and using skills and experience represented in a diverse workforce. Click here for more information.
