This short morning seminar will give you the opportunity to hear about the key results of the survey first-hand. Critically, you will hear of the recommendations contained in the report for both processes and tools as well as changes required to behaviours, culture and leadership styles. You will also hear from senior CIMA members who will offer their perspectives of the report and how this report fits with their decision making experiences.
