The next Senior Civil Service Masterclass in the 2008/09 looks at communication and its role in policy development -- at engaging with people in ways they can understand about services and lines of action that government and other agencies are formulating.
This Masterclass will be a morning session. It starts with registration at 10.00am and finishes with lunch at 12.30pm.
Tim McKane, Chief Executive of Creative Services, FireIMC, and Chairman of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising Northern Ireland Forum, will present the Masterclass. More information is attached.
