What are the indicators of a high performing team and organisation? This interactive, facilitated session will provide you with clarity around the elements of a high performance and you will explore the concept through a short case study. You will complete an exercise using ‘heatmaps’ to identify how ‘high’ your team performance is and identify initial approaches to develop the high performing team. This workshop will be challenging, thought provoking but also have a practical element, providing you with a take away tool to use with your team.
