'Making Northern Ireland a Better Place to Live'

February 12 2009

One of a series of Chatham House Rule meetings over dinner when the guest interlocutors were three members of the House of Lords: Baroness Blood and Lords Bew and Laird.   Reflecting on the role and work of the Northern Irish peers, the meeting discussed the ways in which local issues and interests, particularly public policy and public service issues were debated and pursued in the upper house.
