• How to approach the evaluation of programmes and projects 
• How to develop a practical and deliverable approach. 
• Principles to think about when developing outcome based targets.

Ruth will use examples from her work with organisations such: Heritage Lottery Fund, New Bolsover Council, Architectural Heritage Fund and Volunteer Now / the Public Health Authority.
