Using the concept of ‘social licence’, this presentation from the Strategic Investment Board will use case studies to examine modern approaches to relevant and meaningful engagement to gain ongoing acceptance, approval and support. It will demonstrate the importance of using a strategic narrative throughout the programme life cycle to trigger action, generate positive contributions from stakeholders and help counterbalance dissenting views.
It will be of interest to investment decision makers, SROs, project managers and communications specialists.
