Outcomes based leadership through the pandemic and beyond
We are delighted to join with Michael Dunlop, OR Training & Development to offer this virtual programme, delivered in bitesized chunks from March – June 2021.
The programme will provide an environment for a group of up to ten senior leaders across Northern Ireland’s public service to share experiences and learning, discuss challenges and build relationships and networks. Involving a total of 17 hours across four months, the programme will provide access to a practical set of skills, techniques and principles for dealing with the challenges, opportunities and responsibilities of leadership, enabling participants to become more effective in life, both professionally and personally.
It includes three key elements:
Using approaches developed from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Systems Thinking, the programme will guide participants on how to become more aware of their own habitual patterns and those of the people around them, and how small changes in your behaviour can improve outcomes by increasing their ability to understand, influence and engage more effectively with colleagues.
