Leading Edge Alumni Celebration

Whether you completed the programme recently or were part of an earlier cohort, we'd love to welcome you back.

Leading Edge has always been about more than leadership development. It has created a space where leaders from across the voluntary, community, public and wider sectors have challenged one another, shared experiences, and built relationships that continue long after the programme has ended.

This event is an opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni, reflect on the impact the programme has had on your leadership journey, and explore how those relationships continue to shape collaboration across sectors.

The morning will include:

• A relaxed panel conversation featuring alumni sharing their leadership experiences since completing the programme.
• Reflections on leading through today's challenges and opportunities.
• Plenty of time to reconnect over lunch and continue conversations with colleagues from across all four cohorts.

• How has the programme influenced your work or organisation?
• What opportunities do you see for greater collaboration across sectors?
