Pilot Cross Sectoral Development Programme For High Potentials
This programme will provide an opportunity for participants to develop their leadership skills and build and strengthen relationships to address shared challenges they face. Aimed at NICS Principal/Deputy Principal level or NJC Scales P04-09, this 4 month programme will be delivered to up to 10 participants from each sector through a blend of online, peer and virtual classroom learning. Our ambition for the programme is to develop effective partnerships based on trust, clarity of accountability, and a shared understanding of purpose and outcomes across the two sectors. It will also recognise the particular challenges faced this critical group of staff who are required to manage the often conflicting demands of interacting upwards and downwards on a repeated basis. The programme will commence on 25 February 2021 and costs £695 (+VAT) per person. Participants will be selected through a brief expression of interest process and will be selected from a diverse range of organisations, whilst ensuring a balance of status, responsibility and experience.
