Women in Leadership

"Women in Leadership" offers women holding senior positions across Northern Ireland's public service a unique opportunity to develop their leadership potential and improve crucial partnership working skills.

The year-long programme (formerly the Building Inclusive Leaders programme) offers a uniquely challenging and engaging experience enabling you to get high impact results with and through the people you lead, and the organisation you serve.

It features a series of action learning events, individual coaching and mentoring sessions, virtual webinars and 2 two-day leadership retreat and high profile guest speakers. Our programme is led by Cora Robinson, CEO at CreateExpress, a global leadership development boutique, based in Holywood NI.

Cora Robinson
Cora Robinson is the CEO and founder of Create. Express, a global leadership development boutique based in Holywood Northern Ireland. She is a sought-after facilitator, senior executive coach, with 15 years’ experience working with senior executive teams in a variety of blue chip and public sector organisations in Ireland, the UK and internationally, assisting them in achieving performance breakthroughs. Cora has designed and delivered programmes for a range of FTSE companies focused on the commercial advantages of driving high performance and has since emerged as a specialist around the neuroscience of leadership, inclusion and innovation. She has had extensive training in behavioural change, facilitation, coaching, creativity and innovation. Her formal qualifications include a BA (Hons), and a MMed Sc from The Queen’s University, Belfast. She is a certified practitioner of Applied Neuroscience (ICF), an accredited Results Based Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute, is qualified in the Hogan Leadership and Emotional and Social Intelligence assessment suites, an accredited Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP with the Society of NLP and a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute (New York).
