Leading Hybrid Teams: What Questions are You Not Asking?

April 28 2022

2022 is the year the hybrid team comes of age. As leaders prepare to bring staff back into offices on a new basis, and new ways of working begin to take shape, it is vital that leadership approaches are adapted for this new world of work.

At this event, delivered on a hybrid basis, communications expert Camilla Long of Bespoke Communications will cut through the deluge of theories to examine the key principles of leading high performing teams in this new world.

Clarity of communication is vital for hybrid wokring to succeed: leaders must focus on what they're saying, the communication channels they're using and the timing of thier communication.

Leaders must ask the right questions, ensure they are listening to their teams and measure the impact of change. Using practical examples, and through a Q&A session, Camilla will guide our guests through the issues that need to be considered as we adapt the working world once again.
