The year-long programme (formerly the Building Inclusive Leaders programme) offers a uniquely challenging and engaging experience enabling you to get high impact results with and through the people you lead, and the organisation you serve.

It features a series of action learning events, individual coaching and mentoring sessions, virtual webinars and a 2-day leadership retreat, along with 360 assessment and high profile guest speakers. Our programme is led by Cora Robinson, CEO at Create.Express, a global leadership development boutique, based in Holywood NI.
